Notes:
------

Lahore international is the third largest International airport
of Pakistan, Islamabad (1st), Karachi (2nd).

I have travelled to and from Lahore more than 16 times. My father
is from Lahore he has travelled via Lahore probably twice as many
times. So we are both quite familiar with its layout!

Lahore International includes static aircraft, these are...

- Primary Apron

PIA Boeing 747-300 near the Main Hanger, PIA Boeing 707 Cargo,
PIA Boeing A300-B4 200, PIA Boeing 737-340 and Ariana Afhan
Boeing 727 at the Terminal.

- Secondary Apron

Emirates Airbus A300 and PIA Boeing 747-367.

On my last visit to Lahore I travelled by Emirates, and on my
departure from Lahore we were taken by Aiport Bus to the Emirates
Airbus which was waiting on the Secondary Apron.

I have added an extra taxiway between runways 18L and 18R for
convenience.


Modifications:
--------------

Fixed "Initial Locations", using the World->Goto->Airport you can
now choose one of the 4 Runways.

Added accurate Runway Stopways based on the Jeppesen charts.

Moved NDBs LA, LO and VOR LA to accurate locations in relation to the runway.

Added IM, MM markers at correct distances

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE (CallSign PK1)

Contact Approach on 121.30. Approach will ask you to intercept
ILS on Runway 36R. Do so. You will be asked to contact the Tower.

Contact the Tower on 118.10. You will be cleared to land and told
to contact Ground Control on Touchdown.

Contact Ground Control on 121.80. You will be given instructions on
where to taxi.


DEPARTURE PROCEDURE (CallSign PK2)

Contact Ground Control on 121.80. You will be told to taxi to your
Runway. Then you will be asked to contact the Tower.

Contact the Tower on 18.10. You will be cleared to take off.


SID (STANDARD INSTRUMENT DEPARTURE) AND STAR (STANDARD
TERMINAL ARRIVAL ROUTE) AND OTHER NAVIGATION DATA

Installation
------------

Extract all the files in the Zip Archive to a temporary folder.

Copy all of the *.bgl files into your Flight Simulator "Scenery" Folder
i.e "C:\Programs\FS98\Scenery" (if you installed flight simulator in
"C:\Programs\FS98\").

There is another Zip Archive called Textures contained within the Main
Zip file. Extract these files to your Flight Simulator "Texture" Folder.
i.e "C:\Programs\FS98\Texture" (if you installed flight simulator in
"C:\Programs\FS98\").

Files that should reside in [Flight Simulator Program Directory]\Scenery
*.BGL
(All the files in the Main Zip Archive)


Files that should reside in [Flight Simulator Program Directory]\Texture
*.R8
*.OAV
*.?AF
(All the files in the Texture Zip Archive)


TroubleShooting
---------------

Problem: Some objects are not being displayed in the airport

Solution: FS98 has a scenery buffer of 256K. Make sure you have the
Microsoft Patch Update #1 installed. Installing Patch Update 1
will increase this to 512K so all objects will be displayed

Problem: Some objects appear to be plain/blank

Solution: Make sure you have copied all the files in the Texture.Zip Archive
to your [Flight Simulator Program Directory]\Texture Folder

Problem: Scenery does not show up in the Airport list

Solution: Click on "Scenery from 6 and before" if it still does not show up
make sure you have opied all the *.BGL files from the Main Zip
Archive to your [Flight Simulator Program Directory]\Scenery Folder
